GENERAL

Submitting a commission request means you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions or concerns. I have the right to refuse any commission.
Please provide a detailed description of your request(s). If I require more info/detail, I will contact you via the e-mail address you have provided.
If you have any special requests, including additional characters, unique details, specific preferred artwork, etc, please contact me beforehand to confirm.
If you have particular art that you’d like me to paint on your binder, please provide image reference(s) via message or e-mail. This can be specific card art, characters, etc.
- When sending reference images, please try to avoid using AI generated imagery, as this often includes mistakes - I don’t mind you using it to portray an idea, but I won’t copy an AI image directly as they’re usually a nightmare to make coherent lol. (Lots of noodly arms, wacky hands and lines that don’t go anywhere lol)
- Likewise, please be aware that some art may not be easy to replicate on a binder. This typically only includes art with extremely small details (such as tiny letters,) or ‘watercolour-style’ art, as blending capabilities are limited due to materials. I’ll always let you know if I think there’s something that won’t work, and will work with you to create something you absolutely love!

Shortly after your order has been placed, I will contact you with a digital mock-up. At this stage, you can request any changes. If any changes are made, I will contact you again with the finalised design. Once you have confirmed everything is to your liking, I can start work! Designs cannot be altered past this point.
Digital mock-ups consist only of line art. This is to keep the turnaround short.

Painting your binder can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks depending on demand, complexity and binder availability. Dark coloured binders (particularly black binders) can take longer due to additional painting required and back designs add an additional 1-2 weeks. I will always endeavour to get your binder done promptly and to the highest possible standard.
Paint is sealed to avoid damage, but please treat your binder as you would any handmade product. I recommend avoiding moisture, dirt and oils, and avoiding prolonged exposure to the sun.
As with any hand-painted product, brush strokes and small imperfections are part of the beauty! That said, if you receive your binder and notice any issues at all, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

If you have a specific deadline in mind, please contact me before placing your order. I need to make sure any deadlines are doable, particularly if they are close to the 4-week production time.
Delivery dates are subject to change due to client communication. eg. If there are several days between our communication, the due date may push back to accommodate this.

Binders are dispatched within the UK using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Binders are dispatched internationally (Europe) using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail from the website when your binder has been dispatched.
At this time, I do NOT offer shipping to the USA, due to the recent tariff changes. Fingers crossed this changes in future!
